Add common documentation examples in main README

[theextremeprogrammer]

• For each common example use a screenshot from an app with an easy-to-see arrow pointing to the UI element and the test method being used
• Include a link to the full page documentation as well as the documentation for that API call.

Common examples might be:

• Finding a UILabel
• Tapping a UIButton
  etc..
