Dark Mode Issues

• The TOC box doesn't change in correspondence with the theme. It should look like the list of forum helpers page.
• The text is black on black
• The green doesn't match with the black background (maybe use purple?)
• The boxes with text don't really match with the background. Should they be changed?

Whoops, nevermind, it turns out it is enabled.

I think it is best to just disable dark mode for QuickReply for the time being. It needs an overhaul anyway which will involve an updated colour scheme.

@Accio1 To disable quickreply, I think we would need to move some of the switch theme stuff in imports.js to another file, or make a different file for this repository with just the header and footer, no theme stuff. Which do you prefer?

#226 in the main repo moved the theme JS to a separate file, which fixed this issue (aside from the change theme button, which is still present but doesn't work). However, it broke a few other things.
