Certificate field typo? Legal information - This data was

Hi,
reading several certificates, I noticed a strange fields in "Legal information".

The first field is "This data was", and can be followed by:

• no
• no, it uses external sources which seems to be the answer to "Was all this data originally created or gathered by you?" (asked in the survey)
• originally created or generated by its curator

One can find also the field "The content has been" which can be followed by:

• no

The example dataset however does not include this field.

Perhaps those stringx depends on answers in former question but it is not clear what are the sense of those fields.

I read the FAQ but did not find the answer.
Are those typos or is there another doc I should read to understand?
If not, perhaps an help could make it more clear?
