Make swipe deck intelligent

• Keep track or add awareness of cards that have already been swiped
• Do not allow 'double voting'
• Make 'flash' button disabled til user is done swiping and/or feast is closed
• Add query to check pulse on backend, useEffect?
• Switch all axios urls to use apiURL constants for easy stage config switch dev → production
• After all cards are swiped, add 'check feast winner' message or open modal automatically
• Restyle homescreen if no feast is selected (with button saying to choose or start a new one)
• Add tooltip if user presses disabled button when current feast is not closed
