Bug - Create a menu for the tabs when in mobile view

Description
When displayed in mobile view, the header is displayed as blank.
Please refer to attached image below:

Acceptance Criteria

1. Display the logo and name of the system when in mobile view
2. Display the profile photo as well ass the dropdown menu in the header
3. Add a collapsible menu where the user can access the available other tabs
