Mathematica notebooks and results for our paper on emulating agent-based models with ML
Input parameter set filenames are LPtau200runs_GEMSA_inputs.csv, LPtau400runs_GEMSA_inputs.csv, LPtau800runs_GEMSA_inputs.csv, and LPtau1600runs_GEMSA_inputs.csv for 200, 400, 800 and 1600 runs respectively. Outputs were saved in separate single-column CSV files. Simulation output filenames use the same convention as the input files, just changing the word 'inputs' to 'outputs'.
