Issue using user token

First thanks for this great library, very helpful for Outseta project !!

I have an issue when I want to get the activities of a user.
I initialize OutsetaApiClient using the user accessToken and when I want to get its activity, I have the error message:
The API client was not initialized with API keys

Does this mean we can't access activities only with the user accessToken or should it be possible?
I use the last version 1.1.0

I dig a little into your project and found that for the crm functions you indeed do authenticateAsServer that prevent to use of these requests if authenticated as a user.
But if I check the API, it seems to be doable using user access token: https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/3613332/outseta-rest-api-v1/7TNfr6k#124f8b75-dc80-4de4-a38c-0e0cac5604f4

Is it possible to change that.?
I would be happy to make a PR if someone explain to me how to best manage this issue.
