Task
The OF pbob has been modified to link relay 9 to the OF inclinometer. The flight software needs to be updated to include commanding for OF 9 and the state variables renamed to indicate what this points to.
Acceptance
We need the code to be updated to be able to control the 9th relay, updated variable names, and testing of the flight software to ensure that the commands physically switch the relay when the box is attached to the flight computer.
