Selecting Preset Single Register or Preset Multiple Registers

For use with automation controllers, I often need to use the 0x10 Preset Multiple Registers function instead of 0x06 Preset Single Register. Is it possible to add a selection option? And it is very rarely necessary for coils 0x05 / 0x0F.

Add option "write_function" like official modbus integration "write_registers: true".

The function _custom_write_registers needs to select an option for the recording function.
When I use only self._write_multiple_registers(address, values, device_id) it works.
