Open files and URLs missing?

In v4.x I was able to open a URL/path via the API/WebSocket. In v5.x in HA I see no action for that. Is this a bug or is it no more possible? I am on Windows 11.

This should be implemented for windows. Any logs to showing any errors?

In windows, files are opened via cmd /c start "" "<PATH>" which may or may not be the correct command

I cannot find the open_path action in HA. Maybe I should post as bug in Connector repo.

I don't know why, but now I can find this action. Yesterday it was not available.
