mDNS TestApp not discoverable

I used the Discovery - Bonjour Browser app to search for the mDNS TestApp output. But I couldn't find anything. Can you please verify if the code is (still) working?

Finally I found why this lib won't work on some Windows IoT @RPI's.
In my case UDP port 5353 been opened for incoming requests by windows service Network Location Awareness. Why (what is the reason)? Why (for what)??? - ask MS. I found this by checking with "netstat -a -o -n" and I saw processID different from my app's. Sure, I stop it by powershell command "net stop nlasvc". Then run my app again and it worked. Funny, yeah)
Edit: I think, that behavior is why windows iot embedded ssh service re-announces itself every 5-10 sec. One MS coder hardcoded constantly opened incoming port, another MS coder solved this by re-announcing bu-ga-ga) Check it yourself by mDNSNetMonitor.exe from Apple Bonjour SDK. After disabling NLA, it returns to normal lifecycle.

After disabling and stopping the Network Location Awareness service there is still one service left, using port 5353 on my Windows IoT Core v.10.0.16299.125 .

The sc queryex command tells me this is:

marnixcox its outgoing port, not incoming, its OK. do not!!! try to disable dns client as raspberry will be unable to resolve hostnames
