Yes! They work together out of the box - no extra integration needed. GSD runs through Claude Code (or other AI editors), and code-review-graph is an MCP server that plugs into Claude Code. So when GSD's agents execute, they automatically have access to the graph tools. They solve different layers of the same problem:
