Is it only for code reviews or does it work with my claude code development sessions?

Say, i am working on a feature using claude code for a monorepo already having 10000+ files.
Being on a pro plan, i am skeptical of my token burn in every input i send to code.
Does crg help to reduce the token usage in real time here? Does it make sure my claude code session running 70+ turns is not bleeding my usage limit?

CRG helps, but it is not a magic shield against long‑session token bleed.
It reduces what Claude needs to reread, not how Claude bills across 70+ turns.
