Signage 8th Period screen doesn't work when unauthenticated

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any Signage URL unauthenticated (use incognito) at https://ion.tjhsst.edu/signage/display/cs-library
2. Click the 8th period icon

Expected behavior

8th periods are displayed properly, as they are when authenticated.

Actual behavior

500 Internal Server Error
