  • Build cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services to host web-based Autism screening tools built at Wall Lab.
Harvard Medical School -- Wall Lab

Scientific programmer, web developer, and systems engineer for lab conducting autism research.
Boston, MA -- 2010-2013

  • Developed Puzzlemouse, a web based system for submitting and evaluating home videos of children for autism risk. Designed to meet HMS standards of data security for patient health information. Built using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, JQuery and HTML 5.
  • Developed Autworks, a web application for visualizing significant relationships between autism and other diseases using gene interaction networks and gene set enrichment. Built using Ruby on Rails, C, PostgreSQL, JQuery and HTML 5.
  • Built Kestrel, a relational database of autism phenotype data using MySQL.
