For ⟪ko⟫, we have two options:

1. Turn it into a prefix on cardinality predicates like ⟪shı⟫. The downside is that it's less straightforwards to apply it on a number that is obtained via another predicate or from a variable like ⟪zíu⟫.
2. It can be redefined to operate on ordered sequences/lists: ⟪➊ is ➋th in sequence ➌⟫, and the sequence would be constructed from a sorting function via another predicate such as ⟪cuoıme⟫.

With respect to ⟪koe⟫, I would remove the options slot and use ⟪koemoı⟫ to express the alternative options considered. I would advise against removing the inherent intended purpose slot, as per the arguments provided over there.
