STV0903 and others

does open_tuner support older tuners that use STV0903(original minitiouner), STV0913(dual version) or even older STV0288 (dvbs only not used on minitiouner) EDIT: I know it supports them with the original FTDI interface, I meant using Picotiouner solution

There are lots of old receivers with these chips available for reuse just going to waste
