Please could 4000ks be added to the receiver symbol rates

Hi

Our local repeater used 4ms at 1/2 FEC DVB-S, we moved it to 1ms but the quality is poor at DVB-S

Would it be possible to add 4ms in to the software to allow users of a Picotuner to receive the repeater without the need for additional hardware (sat receiver etc)
