Currently the skill is not supported in toolpack SDK

Support skills in toolpack SDK. We already have some skills tools in the CLI project, see if we can simply migrate them to SDK and use.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative solution is to inject knowledge, but skills weighs more.

Should we really take this in? @sajeerzeji can we discuss on this? Nowadays I see a lot of talks against SKILL.md and AGENT.md ways of treating agents.
Not discouraging, but I have a second thought on this.
