• sprints are about 2 weeks long
• backlog contains very simple user stories, e.g. user wants to create a new record of xyz
• user stories are split into more detailed issues and are labeled with an estimation size X
• split and detailed issues should be related to their user story and listed within the appropriate user-story-issue with a checkbox (example: Bootstrapping #7)
• meetings are usually each week on tuesday
• code reviews: making a pull request = asking for a code review
