Saved Configuration values are not displayed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
2. Click 'Load Configuration' Tab
3. Drag and drop a config file
   sadsad.zip
4. Click PREVIEW
5. Click EDIT
6. Change the '% OF POPULATION WITH DIAGNOSIS' and '% OF PROBABILITY THE POPULATION ACQUIRES DIAGNOSIS' to 2.5%
7. It automatically converts the 2.5% to 25%
8. Now Go to the last steps and click SAVE
9. Now go to Dashboard and Click EDIT button on the last saved config file
10. Click NEXT
11. Check the values in 'R41-Other symptoms and signs involving cognitive functions and awareness'

Actual Result(s)

• Saved Configuration values are not displayed, instead, 2% is displayed for 'R41-Other symptoms and signs involving cognitive functions and awareness'

Expected Result(s)

• In this case, 25% must display for 'R41-Other symptoms and signs involving cognitive functions and awareness'

@talesforce It seems that currently the dashboard does not show the saved config file, how this to be reproduced.

UPDATE: sorry ,ignore it. can edit the config file from the dataset list.
