It's been a while since I've touched it. I'd be willing to hand the reigns to an eager replacement maintainer.

@tpope I have submitted a pull request to support the V5 version of the Tracker API. I am sort of a newb with Ruby development. Let me know if there is some glaring things i missed in the changes i made. If you are looking for some help for maintaining I would be good with that as well.
