Some mobs are twitching [1.21]

Most mobs move very abruptly, not smoothly as they should. It's very distracting and unpleasant to watch. It also doesn't improve frame rates.

Can you send an example? If you can see the mob, entityculling is not doing anything to that mob at that moment. (Also, which 1.21 version? They are all as different as 1.16/1.17/1.18/1.19 etc)
