Add DIP switch, and 120 Ohm resistor to EDA for 8 button panel

This first dip switch will set whether the onboard 120 Ohm resistor is enabled for CAN Bus termination or not. The other 3 will set the device ID of the 8 button panel. This allows for a panel to be connected directly to a PDM with no other wiring.
