A new episode spoiler option that hides the title of unwatched episodes except the next one

I want to hide the title of unwatched episodes but I also like being able to see the title of the upcoming episode I'm going to watch (which has been VERY useful for me because I've run into so many instances where the next episode name that pulls up in the streaming service doesn't match the name on showly/trakt), so the current all or nothing approach isn't really working.

Currently I have to either have the option of hide title of unwatched episodes enabled and have to tap to unblur the episode title every single time to make sure there's no discrepancy (which gets tedious especially if you're bingewatching), or I have to keep the option disabled and I'll end up mistakenly seeing the names of future unwatched episodes that are so far ahead of where I'm at in a show/season in other very visible areas like the calendar view.

I think a nice middle ground approach would be to hide the title of unwatched episodes except the next one in your progress.
