There is a bug that shows up in the driver
where a file will have a size of 4294967295 bytes (4GB minus 1).
I haven't yet found what causes this.
 
There was previously a bug reported by Adam Thornton
where the physical and logical blocksizes had to match.
I don't remember  (it's been a year!)  whether this got fixed.
Shows up on things like a 1K blocked CMS disk on FBA (w/ 512 phys).
