Head Tracker OSC Bridge causing application hangs

I've configured Head Tracker OSC Bridge (v3.1) to translate head tracking OSC messages from opentrack (headtracking software) to another app called APL Virtuoso (speaker virtualization software). This app comes in both standalone and plugin formats (AAX for Protools). While it is working just fine with the standalone version of Virtuoso, when I try to connect the OSC to the plug-in version, it shortly makes the host (ProTools) hang, requiring a restart. If I don't enable the OSC connection in Head Tracker OSC Bridge, I don't have any such problems.

I'm not seeing any obvious CPU or RAM issues and I verified there are exceptions enabled in Windows 10 firewall.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

Bump (same issue, still no fix).

I want to build this, but without usable output for the only standalone binaural rendering app on PC with OSC headtracking support, it's pretty much useless.

Just wanted to update this post with some more info. I found that the crashing was caused by an overrun of OSC data into ProTools. The dev of nvsonic OSC HT Bridge helped me out and was able to add a user definable filter to limit the flow of OSC and it solved the issue. It has been a while, I need to reach out and see if he has had the time to roll that feature into a public release.
