The marzipano export works, but the result does not work.

The marzipano export works, but the result does not work. I only see the layout of the Marzipano tool but no picture. The left vertical navigation bar is also not activated. Therefore, you cannot select nodes manually.

The only way I can re-create this is by double clicking on the mtour.html file directly, and this is where the marzipano javascript (and indeed, the panellum) javascript has trouble as they both expect to access files via http fetches - see the usermanual: "Viewing a Tour"

Are you accessing the tour via a web server, rather than double clicking on the html file and viewing locally?
Do the files show when using a panellum tour?
Do you see folders in the export such as imagename/preview.jpg, and imagename/1/b/0?

The left vertical navigation bar is intentionally not enabled in the output by default - that's why the tour is output as a template as mtour.html, rather than index.html, as I assumed that a choice for one is not a choice for someone else.

Yes, I use the Python 3 http.server. (I tested both, I get a dead page of Marzipano in the browser with a double click from the file explorer.)

Yes, they are shown. The Pannellum export works as expected.

Do you see folders in the export such as imagename/preview.jpg, and imagename/1/b/0?

Yes, the export is complete and structured in this way. (See also the webserver log above.)

Maybe that's still important:
We’re using Windows 64-bit Application (Offline Install): v1.0.0 (20/06/2018) and after installing the lib folder is not available and must be inserted manually. We are using the one found in the GitHub repository https://github.com/trumpton/PanoManager/tree/v1.0.0/lib, i.e. this folder is copied to the Program folder in Windows 10.

Looking at the example mindex.html, and pressing F12 to in Chrome to see the console, I see the error message:

Looking at line 289, I see:

tooltip.innerHTML = findSceneDataById(hotspot.target).name;

So it looks like there is a scene that doesn't have a name

Searching for empty targets in mtour.js, I see:

Can you check to see if you have node that has no target selected.
If this is the case, It looks like the application needs a check for empty targets.
