Example Circuit JSON File Download Error

When clicking on the "example circuit json file" link, the file is not downloading and an error is being displayed. The link should allow users to download the example JSON file directly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the application.
2. Scroll down to the "Download example circuit json file" section.
3. Click on the "example circuit json file" link.

Expected Behavior:
The file should download directly when the link is clicked.

Actual Behavior:
An error is displayed, and the file does not download.
