hiddensc module not found

Thanks for this interesting tool. I created an environment using your yml file but it seems that the module hiddensc cannot be found. Can you give me a hint how to install the package?

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in running HiDDEN. I am not sure what's causing this issue, but I suggest you look into the notebook
https://github.com/tudaga/LabelCorrection/blob/main/notebooks/Figure4_Figure5_Endothelial_cells_Demyelination.ipynb
where the core functions
standalone_logistic
and
PCA_logistic_kmeans
are exposed (hence you don't need to use the modules)

I get the same issue. I am trying to follow up that notebook but the main tutorial brakes at the first step like that.
