Add support for interacting with Sequenced Gearshifts

Description
Add a way to interact with Sequenced Gearshifts. I would like to have methods to add, remove, and edit steps in the current sequence. It would be nice to have a way to trigger the sequences without needing a separate redstone interface as well. It might also be nice to be able to just directly trigger steps programmatically without changing the existing sequence

I think having separate peripherals with similar abilities would be better—it could offer more flexibility.
That said, the ability to control distance or angles using a CC computer, like you can with the Sequence Gearshift, would be a great addition.
With that, we wouldn’t need a separate redstone interface; instead, we could configure the peripheral to either await a run command or respond to a redstone signal.
It could be expanded further with additional functionality, like setting custom speeds. and now it can me smart speed controller too. or we could spint this two functionality and have two peripherals automatic gearshift and digital speed controller
This could become the ultimate controller for everything.

I use the rotational speed controller already as a peripheral and it seems the sequenced gearshift is also already available as a peripheral as the pre-existing peripherals are listed here https://github.com/Creators-of-Create/Create/wiki/ComputerCraft-Integration
