Missing kern pairs message when entries are in public.postscriptNames #6

Description

Somehow I realized by accident, that If one uses entries to set production and final names in public.postscriptNames, then one gets the message (with sometimes a huge list) of "missing kern pairs", which is a bit confusing.
Maybe there is a way to solve this? because actually the kern pairs still exist, but only the glyphName has changed.
Eventually if too difficult to solve, only an additional text, that warns that names have changed because of entries in public.postscriptNames?

example:
public.postscriptNames

ncommaaccent
