Along the lines of #12 it would also be nice to be able to filter by user

@rene78: since your repo seems to be ahead I forked that and attempted a fix for this, problem is the selection only works once. This is probably caused by me misusing d3.js which I don't have a clue about any help is appreciated...

Just noticed that the fix is actually a partial fix only since the user filter only hides changes form the sidebar not the map.

Filter for user now also hides/shows the respective changes on the map.
