Dockerize all projects

Describe the requested feature

Dockerize the following projects:

• web backend
• web frontend
• mission-planner

We should be able to launch all of these via docker compose:

• they should share the same network which allows them to interact
• the compose should also launch the SITL and expose it to the other services via mavproxy
