Missing example for `get_cost` pseudo command

The README specifies a get_cost command. However there doesn't appear to be any examples, tests, or documentation on how to use this pseudo command.

Per https://github.com/uber/athenadriver/blob/master/go/connection.go#L235 I don't think this functionality actually exists as a pseudo command.
