[FEATURE REQUEST] Add options to tilt the widgets

Description

As someone who uses both StartAllBack and ExplorerPatcher to customize my Windows 11 Taskbar and Home menu to feel a bit nicer, I have made it so my Taskbar is on the right to my Display. This was an option in Windows 10, and I'm sure I'm not the only one finding ways to bring other Taskbar positions back. A simple option to tilt the Widgets in the Advanced positioning settings would make it so users like me can make use of the lovely Taskbar-Widgets. I would love for this to make it into the settings!
