[BUG] fluent flyout frequenty forgets all its settings

Describe the bug

whenever i boot up my pc, there is a semi-decent chance that on load, fluent flyout will lose all its configuration settings, so i have to reimport my old settings from a backup file. It may have to do with me having fast boot off, but im not entirely sure.

To Reproduce

1. change settings in fluent flyout
2. shut down computer
3. when booting the computer, fluent flyout will open the main window, and have all its settings wiped. (NOT ALL THE TIME)

Hi @SIN0063, this issue has been fixed in v2.10.0 and later. Could you update your app to the latest version and report back whether it's fixed?
