What will the plugin API look like? Will it be similar to mkdist?

I think we need to consider dts for non-js files (e.g. .vue). Previously this part was implemented in mkdist and it may not be not very scalable.

Sure ideally we can start with an mkdist-compatible context API for custom extensions in transpiler.

Just out of curiosity, what's the progress on this?

A few hours ago I discovered that @KazariEX did a really nice, although experimental, implementation of vue-tsgo, tho it failed with projects like @nuxt/ui because it heavily depends on vue-sfc-transformer transformations.

Am I understanding correctly that all three of these tools could be working together once #34 gets merged and working? First time poking into this stuff tbh, so I might just be missunderstanding something 😅

Nono, it is not vue-sfc-transformer that is affecting it somehow. In fact I've already found the original issue, and is part of this vue-tsgo implementation which is missing TSPropertySignature and TSMethodSignature causing issues with typecasted props. I'm building a PR for that to address it, tho I'm discovering other things I didn't know about and learning along the way. I might just be mixing up tools and use-cases 🙈

@Teages in fact, turns out that vue-tsgo already is complete, it just needed some fixes here and there to make it work in projects like nuxt/ui. Hopefully I haven't broken anything else 💀
