In the metabolomics and lipidomics tables it looks like the "compound" column is missing the metabolite/lipid names (row names in the original datasheets).
Could the "metabolomics/lipidoimcs time series plots" instead plot individual metabolites/lipids rather than grouping variable metabolites/lipids? Perhaps with a drop down menu or search bar to choose the compound you want to plot.
It would also be nice to display 1) a PCA plot of metabolite or lipids by species and 2) PCA plots of metabolomics and lipidomics viewed by time with a separate plot for each species.
The physiology data table only includes a subset of the physiology columns - revise to include metrics:
colony_id_corr, timepoint, species, site, Host_AFDW.mg.cm2, Sym_AFDW.mg.cm2, Ratio_AFDW.mg.cm2, Total_Chl, Total_Chl_cell, prot_mg.mgafdw, cells.mgAFDW, cre.umol.mgafdw, Am, AQY, Rd, Ik, Ic, calc.umol.cm2.hr
