Implement Events Function #30
Description
Implement an /events functions for cinnabot to show upcoming USP events by category (academic, sports, socio-cultural, etc), similar to the existing /spaces functions except that the events are sorted by category rather than venue.
/events will use the same syntax as /spaces for filtering events by date for ease of use.
