[Bug]: I feel like we are applying configs cross platform now.

Describe the bug

This is wrong. Because games dont always need the same config on different platforms. For instance, 10 seconds ninja is now no llonger launching after a config apply due to the exe being different on other platforms. It now just launches and says executable not found..

Steps to reproduce

Download "10 seconds ninja" on amazon.
See it not launching. Throws error due to incorrect exe.

Expected behavior

SHould launch.

I think we've always done this, so I think it's worth us splitting them out by getting the API to take in gameSource as a field

We didn't do this at all before. We only got cross platform known configs recently. I think I should likely add this in before release.
