Switch page buttons not working in photo gallery

Context

The switch page buttons do not work in the photo gallery

For example, we cannot switch to another set of photos using these buttons here.

Acceptance Criteria

• pressing the > button switches a page in the photo gallery, showing three new photos
• pressing the < button goes to the previous page in the photo gallery
