Context

• sponsors.html: some sponsor logos do not occupy full dimension of the exterior box
• this is probably due to the image dimensions being small. in that case, the whole box should still be filled white, and the logo centred within the box
  Requirements
• logo (or at least the white background) should occupy the entire exterior box
