I am experiencing a unique issue when running the refresh mailbox command... I cant retrieve emails but emails do send out from Uvdesk.
My Steps so far:
Setup Xampp and downloaded / configured Uvdesk community edition
Created mailbox with IMAP provider (Office365)
Tested credentials via webmail (Working)
Tested incoming/outgoing mail server settings via Outlook, (can send and receive emails)
Configured the Swift Mailer via web GUI and provided custom ID (Only 1 swift mailer config) (THIS IS WORKING)
Enabled 2fa on mailbox and generated app password. (As per guide https://www.uvdesk.com/en/blog/outlook-mailbox-configuration-in-uvdesk-open-source-helpdesk/ )
Configured "Mailboxes" in uvdesk using tested IMAP details (Tested via Popman 3rd party tool - result - success) with app pw
ran PHP bin/console uvdesk:refresh-mailbox command and got the attached message, doesn't matter if I use the email address associated with the mailer id or the mailer id itself, neither work.
I am now out of options and am asking please help.
