Contour output works, but it takes very long, and it does not seem to be as useful as I hoped it would be.
What if I just output the (i,j) points corresponding to the mask instead? That way the mask information is still retained in the LPT systems file.
I could even do this as part of the LPT properties step, rather than having the mask step do it. Since the LPT properties step already needs to get the (i,j) coordinates data.
