Telemetry Plugin: bridge marine/desalination sensors into the Forge canvas

Background

The marine/desalination project needs to visualize real-world sensor data (salinity, hydrostatic pressure, flow) alongside electrical protocol traces.

Goal

Build a telemetry plugin that bridges physical sensor data into the Forge canvas.

Why

It would be a strong demonstration of the unified canvas concept and directly supports the desalination barge work.

Acceptance criteria

• Define a telemetry data source interface (local file, serial stream, or network socket, all processed locally).
• Display telemetry channels on the same canvas as LA traces.
• Keep the zero-telemetry / local-only constraint intact.
