version 26100.4946.69.4 leaves me with a black screen.

Before reporting your issue

• I have confirmed that this issue does not happen when ExplorerPatcher is not installed
• I do not have "register as shell extension" enabled
• I have tried my best to check existing issues

Repro ExplorerPatcher versions

when I update to version 26100.4946.69.4 I get a completely black screen, no taskbar, and a single teams window opens.
All I can do is ctrl-alt-del and restart at which point the patch appears gone and asks to reinstall itself. If I accept we get back to the black screen.
Was working fine previously.

Windows 11 Version10.0.26100 Build 26100

3rd party tweak software installed

openshell
windhawk is installed, but no mods are installed.

Describe the bug

restart windows 11.
allow ExplorerPatcher to update.
Black screen.

Expected outcome

working windows explorer

Actual outcome

black screen, no taskbar, no desktop.

I am experiencing the same. the program does not fully install. In C:\Program Files\ExplorerPatcher there are 2 folders and 1 pri file. none of the dll's were installed.

Your windows build number is incomplete. Please post windows version and build. You can find this by running winver. Please include if you are running x86-64 or Arm. And what language your windows is in.

@David000066 you didn't add the exceptions needed to windows defender before installing EP: https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/releases

If you are running a third party antivirus, you'll need to add the exceptions to that before installing EP.
