Error creating conda environment from yml file

Hello, I am not able to create the conda enviroment using the yml file provided inside the Scripts directory. Conda create command from yml files runs for long successfully but I do not find the conda environment in the list. Also when I tried creating the conda enviroment myself by install each requirements then I have face issues running the example file.
Would really appreicate your help to get this pipeline running on my dataset.
