Display palette authorship in-app

Currently there is no displayed acknowledgement for palette authors in the application.

Describe the solution you'd like

Describing the palette info (name and author) above the palette color picker would be a nice feature.
It would require to review the existing palettes shipped with the app to make their headers consistent as sometimes they have an Author: field and sometimes the authorship is just written as by XYZ (first option preferred).
