Sometimes, without much insight or logs that show a specific source, the 3D scene will drop all objects. Refreshing the page will bring everything back.
In this instance I am running viam server manually on a branch of RDK, but I get similar behavior on agent with the released rdk. I am using a simulated arm and spend a lot of time in the 3d scene in chrome on linux. I can have 3-4 3d viz scenes up in chrome and 3-4 web apps open with 3d.js running, but normally they are in different tabs.
